Project Overview
Cosmic Homes Presidential Estate, a proposed private estate in Port Harcourt offers affordable luxury homes of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom semi-detached duplexes to residents within and outside the city looking for a simple, stress free way to own their own homes in up to 6 months. Their target were young families, young working singles and early retirees who wanted to be able to pay to build and own a home in instalments or were unable to take huge loans from the bank or otherwise don’t have the ability to save bulk sums to make a single one off payment for any property.
My Contributions
Cosmic Homes wanted a brand that enhanced the luxury they offered. They wanted this represented both in their designs and communications to send their message across.

I was tasked with finding an elegant and sensible solution for the brand visual. A distinctively shaped message with an uppercase letter “C” flowing into a house with a key was our visual solution for the logotype.

With the target buyers in mind, the aim was to create visuals that look awesome across any device, medium and platform. I conducted extensive user research, competitive analysis and several reviews and testing of their products to find what makes the brand uniquely positioned to be the top and make them more appealing to their target market.

To elaborate on Consumer Voice’s corporate identity, I developed a set of icons, infographics, site plan, house plan layout, development stages, map, 3Ds conceptualization and direction etc for every possible category of products and plenty of eye-catching illustrations. I also created all copy for this project.

The print collaterals designed included flyers, location map, letterhead, business cards and envelope. Also, copy was created for the brochure and other deliverables.
Careful Branding
The designs are a representation of their slogan “Future Homes Now''. I developed these in collaboration with Intelhub Consulting Limited.

After completing our first task of designing a logotype with an unmissable identifying icon and corporate identity, we designed high-resolution 3D models of the proposed homes based on the client’s site and building plans and featured their potential on how buyers could live in them to bring out a sense of tactility and personality to the brand.

Additionally designed the estate site layout in wireframe; simple and futuristic, illustrating all features and offers. Others included the designs of each house type floor plans and a simple and colorful representation of how long it takes to own your home in Cosmic Homes Presidential Estate.

With the brochure opening into a portable and handy A5 size, this ensured there was enough real estate to give the estate and its images featured inside, each occupying a single page, the prominence they rightfully deserved. Also, copy was created for the brochure and other deliverables.

All illustration and design styles went through several phases and multiple iterations.

Plenty of illustrations and icons, bright hues, and other functional elements all come together to really set an inviting mood and submerge the buyer in the estate’s potential and unique offerings.
